Customer focus
A switchgear manufacturer implemented the One Minute Wizard to extend tips to all helpdesk employees, so that it could immediately enhance its customer experience. These were not theoretical lectures, but were actually linked to their work. Both telephone and email skills were addressed. The Wizard then delivered a useful matrix of all tips, organised into groups, which were inspirational and usable on a daily basis, even for managers. Tips which were established in a charter, tips for structural improvement and more personally-dependent tips.
Ambassadors
SMEG supplies technology with style and expects the same from its technicians. They are on the road every day, representing the brand and its experience like no other. They aren't just expected to solve the problems customers have from a technical point of view. Being aware of the impact of their communication style, how to stand up for their brand without feeling personally attacked and keeping the customer happy all form part of their duties. Our approach: an interactive video, followed by a training session with an actor in the showroom.

IT-specialists, empathy and assertiveness
The IT staff manages the art of developing business that meets the latest standards in technology.. A beautiful design, an intuitive use, applicable on multiple devices,… Being genuinely interested in people, how they work and how to deal with them, are skills that immediately yield. The fact that sympathy and empathy are not the same and that only empathy does not always work, gets the attention.

For years, Securex has been a trusted partner, with which we have set up several successful projects. One of these is the assertiveness training which we do both in an open calendar and custom-designed.
